Our team consists of achievers. We are firstborns either by birth or assimilation of attributes.
According to research, people have several times more potential for growth when they invest energy in developing their strengths instead of correcting their deficiencies. Not to say we aren't open to improving our weaknesses. After all, how else would we ever grow? What we are saying is that we each take the lead in areas aligned with our strengths. We've been around the block enough times to know that working hard is not the means to an end as much as working smart.
